Shop Towel Dyes
These Shop Towel Dyes are used by uniform service companies and hotels. The dye is used to maintain the color of the towels after repeated washing. Direct dyes are used for this purpose. Though these dyes are not color fast, they are an inexpensive way to over dye the towels to keep them looking bright.They are packaged in bulk quantities or in prepackaged 8-oz. water soluble bags, 60 per case. The colors are as follows: Red, Blue, Orange, Yellow, Blue/Black, Violet, Green, Burgundy, and Brown.
Usage: one pound of dye per 200 pound of towels for touch up. One to two pounds of dye per 100 pounds of towels for white goods. Dying time: 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees F.
